Jambals has all orders shipped directly from manufacturers and wholesalers to customers. This allows us to cut out the middle-man/woman, keeping our prices down and allowing us to pass on savings to our customers.
Unless otherwise stated in product description, delivery is free on all products listed on Jambals.com
As items are shipped direct from different manufactures and wholesalers, we cannot combine shipping when customers order multiple different items
Due to Covid-19 causing a significant reduction in international flights, customers should be prepared to wait up to 7 weeks (35 working days) for delivery of some (not all) orders. Most orders are generally delivered within 14 days of being shipped (not order placed)
We cannot arrange express shipping, nor can we provide an ETA for orders, as all orders are shipped direct from manufactures, using the cheapest delivery service of the manufacturer’s or wholesaler’s choosing.
If you are not prepared to wait for this length of time, or accept these terms, please do not place an order, as once an order is placed, and item shipped , we cannot cancel the order.
Please be sure to provide correct address. If an incorrect address is supplied, jambals.com bares no responsibility for delivery. It will be the customer’s responsibility to acquire any package delivered to an incorrect address as the result of an error made by the customer.
Taxes & Duties:
Taxes and Duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Jambals does not calculate, collect, or pay, taxes on behalf of the customer or any other 3rd party.
Jambals will not accept returns for change of mind, so please chose carefully before placing your order.
Damaged During Shipping:
Items damaged during shipping can be returned for replacement or refund (at Jambals discretion) . Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange return (we will not accept returns beyond this time frame as we cannot be certain damage occurred during transit.
Wrong Item Delivered:
Should an incorrect item be delivered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange return and replacement or refund.
If an item is found to be faulty, it will fall under a warranty claim (please see warranty page for details)
